EVITO Fungicide Now Approved for Use in Potatoes Cary, N.C. (March 28, 2012) – Arysta LifeScience announced that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a label expansion for EVITO® (fluoxastrobin) fungicide for in-furrow application in potato production. EVITO has been a popular next-generation, low-use-rate strobilurin fungicide for U.S. growers of fruiting vegetables, peanuts, corn and soybeans since its introduction.

Arysta LifeScience Ph-D Fungicide Receives EPA-Approved Label Addendum CARY, N.C. (March 26, 2012) – Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC announced that Ph-D fungicide (or Polyoxin D) is now registered in California by the California Department of Pesticide (CDPR) for use on grapes for control of botrytis bunch rot (Botrytis cinerea).

Arysta LifeScience Announces Winner of Red Rock Country Club Original Painting CARY, N.C. (March 22, 2012) – Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC awarded an original painting of the fifth hole at Red Rock Country Club Mountain Course in Las Vegas, Nev. to Steven Merkel of Landscapes Golf Group, LLC in Lincoln, Neb. Merkel was selected from those who participated in the Arysta LifeScience booth drawing at the Golf Industry Show (GIS) in Las Vegas. He was presented with the painting earlier this month.

Arysta LifeScience Suspends MIDAS in United States (March 20, 2012) – Arysta LifeScience Corporation today announced the immediate suspension of product sales for all formulations of the fumigant MIDAS® in the United States. The announcement is limited to MIDAS® and applies to no other product the company markets. The decision was made as part of an internal review of the fumigant and based on its economic viability in the U.S. marketplace.

Arysta LifeScience Receives Approval of XONERATE Herbicide for Poa Annua Elimination CARY, N.C. (March 16, 2012) – Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC announced today that XONERATETM Herbicide (active ingredient: Amicarbazone) has received federal approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use on turf grasses providing control of Poa annua.
