Global Product Development Manager, Fungicides and InsecticidesPosted: April 23, 2012

This position will be responsible for providing technical assessments and managing global field trial programs to develop new product formulations and crop protection solution technologies in the agricultural chemical industry, recognizing new opportunities and value add pursuits with a focus on Fungicide and Insecticide products.   As a member of the global team, this position will also be responsible for developing technical programs, working closely with regional development teams and leading specific global development projects. Head of Global IT InfrastructurePosted: April 10, 2012

This position will be responsible for planning, deployment, operations and support of information technology (IT) infrastructure, communications and procurement. This includes, but not limited to data centers, WAN, LAN, telecom, service desk, servers, storage, network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc) and desktop.

As a member of an evolving global IT team, this position will also be responsible for efficient change management, and continual improvement project work. Formulation ChemistPosted: April 10, 2012

Reporting to the Head of Global Product Development, this critical position enables the execution of
Arysta LifeScience’s growth strategy. In this position, the formulation chemist will develop and evaluate
new end-use products according to market and customer needs, using specialized formulation technology
and processes. The formulation chemist will work closely with other members of the Arysta formulations
team supporting Global Product Development initiatives.

The formulation chemist will also conduct specialized physiochemical testing on candidate formulations
and competitive products to determine how well formulations will perform under actual use conditions,
conduct or outsource required regulatory studies, assist in manufacturing scale up and production, and
trouble-shoot field performance problems. Formulation chemists also ensure that intellectual property is
developed and freedom to operate is ensured for new formulations.

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and improving the Company's general accounting, cash management, supplier payment, credit and collections, consolidation, management and corporate reporting, business controls and tax planning and compliance activities. The general accounting and reporting functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting policies, and procedures, and improving on our accounting, consolidation and reporting processes to deliver productivity. The Controller is the primary liaison with Corporate Finance for the reporting of monthly results and managing Corporate Finance requests.

Responsible for coordinating the implementation of global tax strategies within North America.  Oversees tax compliance (federal and state tax return and other miscellaneous tax filings) and acts as the primary liaison to various tax agencies and third party suppliers.  Establish and maintain an effective business control environment. Coordinates external and internal audits, performs training and business controls and financials reviews, makes recommendations for improvement and ensures improvements are implemented on a timely basis. Manages supplier payment and customer credit and collection processes and identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.  Works collaboratively with all other functions of the business to accomplish objectives.

This is a hands on position, requiring this individual become intimately familiar with the business practices, systems and processes and building strong partnerships with other functions in order to be responsible for the accuracy of the our business transactions, financial results and projections of the business as well as to make sound recommendations related to business transactions and decisions. 


Cash and Risk Management Analyst, Cary NCPosted: March 01, 2012

Job Summary: Responsible for preparation and analysis of direct cash flow forecasting, reporting and analysis. Responsible for managing the cash needs of the business and loan activity between subsidiaries and parent company. In addition, the analyst is responsible for identifying foreign currency risk and initiating risk reduction actions. Responsible for analysis of customer credit and maintaining customer credit files.   This role has responsibility for leading the identification and implementation of process improvement projects for these activities.

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, preparing and delivering the annual budget, long-range strategic plan, and monthly forecasts as it relates to Regulatory & Development (R&D) expense, SG&A expense, and capital spending(CAPEX).  Provides comparative analytical narrative on monthly and year-to-date results to ALSNA and corporate leadership.  Ensures accurate information availability to the right people at the right time through ALSNA’s system environment.  Reviews and analyzes SG&A costs, and provides recommendations to leadership on how best to achieve spending targets.  Leads the preparation of the consolidated monthly actual, monthly forecast, and annual working capital metrics for ALSNA.

Global Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for Fumigant category product management under direct supervision of the Global Marketing Manager Herbicides-Fumigants, and will be involved in the creative, strategic, financial and operational processes oftheglobalrolloutofidasrysta’sproprietary fumigant to achieve rapid penetration in all attractive market sectors. He/she will provide advanced support and project coordination working closely with the Global Fumigant team, with members from regulatory, development, stewardship and supply chain. This includes, but is not limited to: developing and maintaining project timelines, coordinating and facilitating meetings, co-developing marketing and launch plans and coordinating team communications among the business units in USA, Brazil, Japan, China, France, and South Africa.  

There will be initial focus on launch planning and execution for Midas in 12 countries worldwide. The Global Marketing Coordinator will also provide administrative support such as business case development and coordination, market modeling and reporting. The ideal candidate will operate within the team with great latitude for exercising independent judgment and initiative.
